(More customer reviews)I have been using solar flicker lanterns around my yard for several years now. When I saw what appeared to be a very similar product for a fraction of the price, I jumped at it. Bad idea. These lanterns are plastic, with cheap ring attachments at the top which don't thread properly and push back into the lid. They have two battery compartments which is typical but only one of them is completely assembled (one is an empty chamber, no connectors). They will only take one battery which results in a very dim light effect. Of the four that came in the box, only three made it through assembly and of those three, only one of them works. They aren't worth the cost of shipping!
