(More customer reviews)The reason for giving this vendor a star is b/c the site won't allow me to post the review without it....I placed this order on 4/26/2010 right before moving into my new home so my kids could have a new bed to sleep. The order arrived late and broken. One of the frame's leg was broken due to poor packaging. I contacted the vendor and was advised to take a picture of the item, e-mail it as proved of the damage and then advised that within 2 days I was going have a replacement. The replacement never arrived and after contacting both Amazon and the vendor numerous time for status on the delivery I was advised that I was going to receive a full credit. I purchased a new bed and short after Amazon never gave me the credit as promised. I did several appeals demanding for my refund but neither Amazon nor the vendor cared. Today 8/30/2010 I received a replacement part even though I advised not wanting it. I'm sadly stuck with a broken bed that I don't need and almost $700 short because of the unprofessional business that both of this parties provided. I'm dissatisfied with the purchase and I'LL NEVER NEVER NEVER USED THIS POOR QUALITY VENDOR AGAIN! Amazon should be responsible for the sellers promoted on the site versus leaving me to do all the outreach and appeals while no one got back to me for follow. Their customer service dept. as well as managers didn't put effort into resolving the issue. I'm unpleased feel robbed for the credit that I never received. All I have left to do is write this review and discard the broken item.
