(More customer reviews)She was hung for defending freedom of choice. Choice to believe in a religion that was contrary to the pilgrim beliefs. 17th century Bible belt??? Moral Majority??? Thirty years before the Salem witch trials - did anyone listen??? Do they listen now? Mary Dyer had the courage to walk to Boston from Rhode Island to her persecutors more than once. She did not waiver.
P.S. William and Mary Dyer were co-founders of the State of Rhode Island!!!
