(More customer reviews)It may be a good book in print form, but the Kindle version implemented on the iPad has significant problems. The index provides page numbers which are not on the Kindle version. Instead of pages, there are 4338 'locations' which are fragments of pages. Why wasn't the index recreated with links to the appropriate locations? Navigation is hit-or-miss and frequently locks up. The table of contents link for Restaurants chapter goes to a nearly blank page in the very front of the book. The maps are too small to be usable and don't zoom clearly. If all that wasn't bad enough, contacting Amazon directly or getting a refund seems to be impossible.
