Loulakis is one of the leading authorities on the legal issues in design-build and I have each of his previous 6 editions of Design-Build Lessons Learned. They are well-written, easy to understand and provide valuable lessons. What I appreciate the most is that this series of publications provides the only, as far as I know, listing of all design-build cases that arise in a given year. The 2001 edition has a number of unique design-build cases, particularly in the public sector, which is just what I needed. Looking forward to the 2002 edition already!!
