(More customer reviews)I am on my 61st year of soul travel and I still found Al Taylors book full of good input for both the novice and the experienced OBE'r. What I particularly enjoyed was his simple direct approach that gave most of the information in 1 hour that I had to read for weeks to obtain from Jane Roberts, Robert Monroe etc although I did really find Monroes books to be very very interesting and helpful. Al Taylors book gets down to practicalities QUICK and did give me a few pointers I had not uncovered. Very enlightening and enjoyable.
