(More customer reviews)Very soft. Top two "floors" could be a little more stable. Wobbly when kitty jumps up on them. Also, no way for kitty to get up from top of condo area to third level. Kitty has yet to use condo area even with catnip but that may be just her (since she is persnickety like her "mom"). (o: I would like to see a little more padding to make the soft fleece a little more cushioned. My cat is quite enjoying her new digs anyway at least.
